TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This End User License Agreement governs the terms and conditions between myBBQRecipe.food, an application produced by maremmabbq.com, and you, the App user. These terms apply to how you can download, install, access, and use the App.
By accessing the App, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you cannot access or use the App.
1. User Account
To register and access the App, you must be at least 18 years old. During account creation, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and password, which are necessary for using the App.

- Share it on a network;
- Modify, copy, or reverse engineer it;
- Use it to violate third-party rights;
- Circumvent security measures.
Future updates will be subject to the same terms unless otherwise indicated.
4. Data Usage

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos in the App are the property of maremmabbq.com or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance or updates.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or error-free nature of the information. The App is provided "as is" and use is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Grosseto, Italy.
